** Noto Beef Lunch at Wineyard from April

Noto in Ishikawa prefecture is a large peninsula facing the sea of Japan. Surrounded by the sea, Noto is known for its rich seafood and delicious rice. It also boasts some of the most beautiful nature spots in the Hokuriku region along with places famous for their traditional crafts.

Nanao (七尾) located at the northern part of Ishikawa, Japan, is the largest city in the Noto Peninsula, . This quiet city offers several amazing views of nature as well as an honest glimpse into the simple country life of Japan. not forgetting the hot spring town of Wakura Onsen within Nanao city is blessed with grand nature and natural hot springs, famously known for Healing onsen.

Feast Yourself With Noto's Freshest Seafood,  “Noto-kaki,” (Pacific oysters)! They are farmed in Noto and grow slowly because of the low seawater temperature, which makes the oyster thick, sweet and rich in umami. They are very nutritious, as they contain a lot of minerals and vitamins.  Have them with the unique grilling the oyster in the shell  which allows you to enjoy its elastic texture and appetizing aroma. Best time- early January through late March, at which visitors can fully enjoy!
